SKR issuance

Individuals or legal entities may have access to custody of their assets in FIRST NUMISMATIC is a simple process that does not require a lot of bureaucracy, depending on the asset you want to keep/custody.

Each asset custody at FIRST NUMISMATIC will have issued a Safe Keeping Receipt  (SKR) which is a receipt issued by us confirming that your asset is under our Custody (Security House).

Assets are stored safely and securely and as Escrow Agents we are legally responsible for the assets in our care.

The receipt (SKR) indicates that the asset is not part of the institution portfolio, and can be returned immediately to its owner upon request.

All types of assets can be custody: shares, real estate titles, precious metals, historical titles, precious stones, works-of-art, among others.

Our SKRs are equipped with security elements that do not allow forgery, in addition, only the owner identified in the SKR will be able to have access to recover the asset in custody, in this way no one else will be able to have access to the asset in custody.

We also have an exclusive online SKR search and verification service where the client can temporarily and specifically authorize a specific company or person to carry out controlled verification without having to visit our facilities using temporary and unique access codes. This search and verification can be ratified by means of a specific digital certificate for said query as long as the owner of the SKR has previously authorized it, indicating the validity time and to whom the digital certificate must be issued.
